Frequently Asked Questions
Are sessions refundable?
No. All sessions are non-refundable after payment is completed.
Can I modify or reschedule my booking?
No. All bookings are final. No modifications or rescheduling are permitted. If you need a different time, you must book a new session.
How do I receive my Zoom link?
Your Zoom link is delivered exclusively via email immediately after payment. It is never published publicly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard via MyFatoorah in KWD or USD.
How does group session check-in work?
After payment, visit selfdevsci.org/join and enter your name and email to verify attendance and access the session link.
What happens if I miss my session?
Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced. All bookings are final.
How do I request an in-person talk?
Select 'In-Person Talk' on the booking page and complete the request form. We'll contact you within 48 hours.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your personal information is used only for session management and communications.
What if I have a technical issue during the session?
Email selfdevsci@gmail.com immediately. If the issue is on our end, we will reschedule.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 48 hours in advance. For in-person talks, please allow at least 2 weeks.
